I'm doing some research on Frank Shuter and I'm hoping to write an article about him, I'm wondering if it would be possible to ask for information about Frank on the World Speedway Riders Association's website? I have been told that Frank rode briefly in California after he retired from racing in the British League does anyone remember this?.
